Living Trusts- A living Trust, like a Will, is a legal document created by a person during their lifetime. A living Trust becomes effective during the person’s lifetime and normally all or most of the person’s assets are titled in the name of the Trust rather than the individual. Living Trusts can be revocable or irrevocable.
